To inspire women to be the person God created them to be.
The mission:
To uplift, equip and inspire women from all walks of life to develop a meaningful, fulfilling relationship with God, and to (re) discover what their true identity is in Christ. through Biblical Prayers, Bible-inspired reflections and Christian coaching.
The UPLIFT Ministries Journey

Believe: "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Hebrews 11:6 - NKJV)

Blossom: "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32 - NKJV)"that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God" (Colossians 1:10 - NKJV)

Be a Blessing: "But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren n.” (Luke 22:32 - NKJV)
The rationale
I believe God opened my eyes to see the uncomfortable truth about true identity and transformation. I witnessed a heartbreaking ambivalence. How scores of women and even myself at times who believed in Christ were yet so insecure, captive of cycle of negative, unhealthy thinking patterns, crushed by the weight of emotional pain, imprisoned by fear, doubts, even anger; to the point that we missed the real truth about who God is and whom He made us to be. As a result we missed out on God's blessings for us and our families.

Sisters who wanted to be unstuck and were looking to move forward and free from their wrong mindsets

Sisters who felt desperately alone, although part of a community of believers, and carry alone their burdens week after week.

Sisters who need prayer support for their loves and felt crushed by the burdens they had tried to carry alone.
I know about the above. I have been there myself, and I sometimes relapse. However, by the grace of God, I am now more sensitive to my sisters' cry for deliverance; a cry to be true daughters of the Mighty King and to be empowered for the mission God called us to deliver. That's why UPLIFT MINISTRIES was created.
Three of the foundational Bible verses on which UPLIFT Ministries is built:
INSPIRED - Luke 1:45 (NIVUK) - "Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfil his promises to her."
CONNECTED - John 14:6 "Jesus said to him: I am the Truth, the Light and the Way. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
EMPOWERED - Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."
PS: Just as flowers differ in shape, colour, fragrance, size, texture but still grow with an adequate amount of water, dirt, exposition to sunshine. Equally, you are unique. And, you will blossom under the care of our Creator. He knows the perfect environment you need to believe, grow, blossom and be a blessing to others.

A little bit about me
Hello!
I am Clarisse. And I am thrilled to have you visiting UPLIFT Ministries. I pray that you will be blessed and uplifted as you browse the pages.
My ID statement:
"I am a woman transformed by God through grace, created to accomplish good works (Eph 2:8-10).
Thanks to Jesus’ tender love and mercy, I miraculously recovered spiritual sight (Marc 8:22-26), gained victory and freedom from negative life-cycles. (Romans 8:1, 8-10).
I am creative, visionary, empathetic, goal-oriented and blessed.
I believe that God will fulfil His promises to me at the right time. I am humbled and thrilled to be working under God's leadership and to be now using my God-given gifts to bless, inspire and empower other women to be what God created them to be."

The background story
I thought my life was ok (I got baptised in my teens) until Christ gently knocked on the door of my heart, and I let Him in. Since this moment - I cannot pinpoint when - He has been doing great things in my life. (I am hoping to write these testimonies soon). His work in me is not finished yet. He is still patiently transforming me day-by-day into the person He created me to be. Glory to God for His amazing love and incredible grace!
I believe God inspired me to create this platform; so you and I can grow into the person God intended us to be and keep loving Him – regardless of the adverse conditions we may face.
Our Father in Heaven deeply cares about you, regardless of your past or current circumstances.
So, I'd like to invite you...
... on a transformational journey led by God. On this journey, He will be your guide through His Holy Spirit. And, I, along with other women of faith part of this ministries, will be delighted to be your humble companion.
